    NPK ratio?

Medium was 5-1-1 mix with added turface. Nutrients were used at quarter strength every watering from 4 sets of true leaves and 1/2 strength from about 6 weeks in. All peppers in 3 gallon fabric all tomatoes in 10 gallon fabric. All same varieties and same starting size. Its all just my personal...

    NPK ratio?

I used to belive 3-1-2 until i did side by side grows of tomatoes and pepper. 12 peppers and 12 tomatoes got foliage pro(very expensive here) other 12 got gh maxibloom. The controversial pepper

Gonzo i am from South africa originally too and belive me the seeds from refining fire are exactly the same as peppadew in SA. One of my favorite peppers for pickling and adding to pizza, stews or anything really. Imo one of the must grow for flavour not heat

    Pot size

Certain varieties require larger pots. Season length makes a difference too. I use 3 gallon fabric pots for most year 1 plants as my grow season is short. Year 2 i go to 7 gallon and year 3 and up 15-25 gallons. If your summers are extremely hot then a larger pot is far easier as you dont have...

    Potting mix

Pretty much the exact mix i used to use. It works but in Alberta Canada i needed bigger plants quicker hence hydro systems and hydro fed container plants. Mg in ground organic beds do really well, but cant keep up with a aggressive feeding i give the containers. What works in my harsh climate...

    Potting mix

I used to do the all organic containers but gave up as our growing season is far to short to reap the benefits. Hydro nutes in containers always lead to far bigger plants and more fruit. 3.5 month growing season changes the way i have grown over the years considerably. I have tried many...

Dolomic lime to suite amount mixed. Feed hydro nutrients every watering. In ground go organic, in pots its just not...

overwintering Why prune for over wintering?

Mostly space. Have to wash off soil to try eliminate pest problems indoors. New soil>smaller pot> trim roots and foliage to match.

    I should know this BUT

I highly doubt the plants have a iron deficiency that young. Over watering more likely
