Hi Guys, Just a quick one.. Emily Jade was born on Tuesday 31/5 at 9.52am, she made her hasty arrival into the world and is doing well :) 7lbs, 49 cm.

i had to go with JR's seafood curry - although now its giving me massive seafood cravings!! Damn you JR!!!!! Was definitely a hard one to pick.. TB's dim sum goodness and Paulie's sushi were both awesome demonstrations of TD awesomeness :) I'm inviting everyone over to come and cook me dinner!!!!

JR - your curry looks awesome!! All the entries so far are great, but that curry is a definite stand out :)

hey matey, doing ok - its getting harder the bigger i get but not long to go now :) i've even got some douglahs on the plant that are turning ripe! dont want to try them yet though as i dont need to encourage an early labour :). hows things going with you?

I'm with THP.. no marinade needed.. bit of salt and pepper... if you really want.. fry off a bit of garlic and thyme in some butter and put that on it once its cooked..
