Marco, Are those Pimenta Tiger AISPES pods from the mother plant or F2's from seed?

Great pepper! Very nice unique flavor for a brown pod with a good solid heat. Very different flavor from a Chocolate Bhut Jolokia. Thicker skin with a fresher, fruity, sweeter flavor. Not so earthy. Just a bit less heat than a Chocolate Bhut Jolokia, But a nice strong tongue burn. I will grow...

I am reviewing AjiJoes Black Naga tonight. I am curious how similar it is to a Chocolate Bhut Jolokia.

So is it a TS Morouga Blend or a cross you made between a TS and a Morouga Red?

I thought the same thing for a second as well.. In my case I was expecting it to say Judy or peperlover.com Weather it said Mohammad or John Smith I would have felt the same way.

Pepeprlover is the only place I have ever seen those by that name. They look identicl to Aribibi Guasano or Aribibi Gusano which seems alot more common. Not sure if it is the same, but if it will work for ya it make be easier to get seeds by that name. Aribibi Guasano Aribibi Gusano

You best bet is to ask the person that sent them to ya. Otherwise, try and post better (close-up and focused) pictures of the pods. Good luck, looking forward to your reviews once you get them positively identified.

Thanks Pr0digal_son... Something to look forward to for next year! I hope to be able to send out boxes of pods next year as well. Only plants I had this year that produced well enough to even think about it were a habanero and an AISPES Yellow Morouga Scorpion which I was not alowed to send out...
