Well, I started two ferments on Friday, 120514. Needed to clear out some space from the freezer, I am sure nobody on here is familiar with the feeling ;).
First up is my 3 gallon carboy with BT Scorpions and a double handful of Brown Morougas, all smoked with hickory, inoculated with White...
Yeah, I told myself I was only going to grow two varieties this year, and ended up with ~18. . . .Here's hoping for next year.
But really, I want to grow only one or two varieties next year . . . honest . . .
The top picture above is Orchid, Limon, Brazilian Starfish, Dedo de Moca, and Birgit's Locoto, clockwise from top left. After cleaning and inspection it was a little over a gallon.
The bottom TSBTs after cleaning and inspection were 3 gallons.
Growing Birgit's Locoto for the first time this year, also because of last year's growdown. I think there are as many peppers as leaves, if not more. Actually made me concerned for the plant.
