    The bes "light box" I ever made was cheap as hell and used a sheet of foil backed styrofoam insulation board a small fan and duck tape....I had pics on here some where of it...It worked fantastic!!

    Gas Problem ;)

    I used to use gas grills a long time ago...if memory serves me...it is a bad regulator. Replace the regulator and it should be fine.

    He sold BBQ sauces at "Outdoorsman Shows" and had a kitchen just outside of Toledo, Ohio to make sauces in. and yes his first name did begin with a H. I was told that he passed away last year though.

    The sauce is going to cost right around $2500 to produce so I need to sell around 600 bottles to pay for the batch. By "pipe dream" I mean it seems every time I have had the money and was about to do it....something unexpected would happen and the sauces gets pushed off again.

    Did I miss it?? What ya using for heat? Add some habaneros and you'll have a nice "Island" sauce! You can make anything into a sauce....you may have to make a couple of adjustments, like someone else said ...thats the fun part!
