Old thread but have the same travel plans so figured I'd just bump this one up.  Flying into San Diego Friday and staying El Cajon for a few days then driving up to San Francisco and staying there for a few days.  Anyone have any new recommendations?  Won't have a car in SF so will be taking...

Not a bad brew

Don't get this around CT too much so it's my first time having this.  Such a big beer for around 6%.  Really enjoyed this one especially as I duffed my way around the golf course.   It's a Lizard King by Pipeworks.  I did a poor can hold job, sorry.

  Real juicy, tastes like a bunch of citra hops. 

Heading to the Port St. Lucie area next month for a golf/Mets spring training vacation with a buddy.  Any Florida beers I should be on the lookout for?  Like IPAs and stouts

Good beer but I was expecting more.  Thought it might be like a Tropicannon from Heavy Seas but oh well.  Solid beer.

One of my favorite beers, really happy they have been making this more often.  Supposed to start canning it but for now its draft only.  100% citra hops

Another Connecticut hop bomb

Was looking for a nice IPA but the guy at the packy recommended this.  Had my reservations at first since I didn't want a lager but this is a really great beer.  Fruity and bitter

Doing a can release of this today, hopefully I can make it on lunch.  It's only been on draft so far at the brewery and its got pretty good reviews

This is brewed at Two Roads Brewery in my hometown Stratford, CT.  Pretty cool place to go and grab some beers if you're in the Fairfield County area.  They also contract brew some other beers, including Sip of Sunshine by Lawson's
