Celebratory beer. My son kicked ass tonight at the swim meet. Broke a 20 yr old Ozark record (essentially a state record) tonight. Puts him at #2 in the nation for that event among 9-10 yr olds. Also broke another team record in a different event. Great day!

Solid single hop, single malt IPa. Lone Pint really knows how to make the most out of one hop. It's Mosaic but alot of citrus and fruit notes coming through.. wow

Yeah in about 2-3 hours lol. Maybe. The grill is still hovering around 225-240. The meat should be at around 165 now. At 195 I'll yank it off and pull it after I let it rest a bit.

Don't get this around CT too much so it's my first time having this.  Such a big beer for around 6%.  Really enjoyed this one especially as I duffed my way around the golf course.
 
It's a Lizard King by Pipeworks.  I did a poor can hold job, sorry.
