This is decent gose, but I followed it with my HB açaí gose, and the geyser gose is pretty weak in comparison. My HB gose is catered to my taste (super sour/salty), and has the epic açaí aroma/flavor. That combo doesn't work for everyone, so I definitely understand why a mildly sour/salty gose with no obscure fruit additions, could appeal to more people.

The acai also prob adds the acidity to make it really pop.
Maybe you should start a liquor thread then.
