+1 After knowing what worm tea is, i just use it like crazy, making one is easy and cheap. You can even modified the recipe, adding other nutrient, decrease other nutrient, it's like lego fertilizer (if youre doing experiment dont forget to dilute it).

If it just 1 or 2 of them in the eye, spray them with water until they fall, alot of them then there's trouble. The thing, aphid are there to stay, you cannot kill em all, sometimes you dont see them sometimes later they are in bulk (they like hide n seek more then you). Ladybug may work if...

How about cloning it, like to see if cloning a chili plant get the same yield as the mother plant.
