I put mine under lights before I see them, normally 3 or 4 days after planting the seeds, I like to give them the warmth and guidance to where to look for the bright light :)

I'm not an expert by any means but I'd make sure the temperature is still warm and under lights asap or have some kind of light source. If your using fluorescents put them close to the plants, like an 1" - 2" away that way it gets them the light they need and they don't grow too high too fast...
