    [BUY] Salvia divinorum cuttings/plants

I grew it a long, long time ago. Back when cuttings were being sold on ebay. S. divinorum very rarely flowers, and (reportedly) when it does, in the rarer event that seeds are produced, they are never viable. ALL known varieties are taken from cuttings. It still grows naturally in the...

    Selling Seeds and Peppers

Another thought on seeds- You might want to consider wholesaling the seeds out to an established retailer, and letting them hassle with the legal stuff.

    Selling Seeds and Peppers

I believe that some states require germination tests be performed on seeds, and that you state on the label what the germination percentage is. I have received seeds that had this label, and it mentioned "In accordance with...blah, blah, blah". Something else to look into.

wanted Looking to buy some powder(s)

JayT If I were in the southwest now, I would help you. The grocery stores(including Walmart) in CA, TX, NM, etc carry huge bags of dried Ancho (whole) chiles. I'm sure someone here can pick up a bag for you and ship them to you for less than you'd pay for a vial of powder. Just a thought.
