    I'll be interested in knowing as well. My wife is from New Mexico and we HAVE to have green chili (which I love myself) and she's used to going to walmart parking lot and buying cases of roasted green chilis ready for the freezer.......You cant find that in NC. So Im growing her some Big Jims...

    Ok odd topic, but what are the peppers that they stick in the boxes of pizza from Papa Johns....I dont know if all the papa johns do it, but I know one of the local ones around here used to stick a light green pepper in each pizza box. Good flavor, trying to figure out what it is. Not a hot pepper.

    Growing Peppers Upside Down?

    Man I remember about 20 years ago when this idea was passed around using 5 gallon buckets and hanging from the clothes line....fell flat on its ass then. Seems the soccer moms caught on to it this time though with a fancier container than a 5 gallon bucket.

    Here in western but not mountains western nc we been getting sun and high 80s with just enough rain to keep the farmers from cutting hay.
