I don't think your plants look that bad to be honest. I think your only problem (if that is in fact your problem) is with the gnats, your hydrogen peroxide solution at a 4-1 ratio should help control the larvae. I could be off but to me I think you may just be overwatering causing a little algae...

High humidity and poor circulation can cause this as well, I had this a while back stuck a fan on them and it cleared up.

Thanks everyone!! Just thinned the heard last to leave one per cell.     Masher I think I got the GG from tradewinds a year or two ago, they are pretty common around here and can find easy in the local stores, I haven't grown the Stavros yet   Cheers!

Time to get this glog going, I actually started growing from seed Jan 22. Most of my seeds this year came from TexasHotPeppers...so big thanks to Garth. I did have some from my usual vendors (Tradewinds and Baker Creek).   I used a mix of Promix and Coco Coir for growing medium and my germ rates...
