    The Legend Company.Black

:welcome: , and good luck! I run a hot sauce shop in Berkeley, if ever have any questions feel free to reach out.   By the way, when I tried to visit your site it didn't go through, it looks like you need to finish setting up your domain on Shopify.

    Hi from Los Angeles.

Haha, yup, I'm an A's fan and this year has sure been brutal. I like the Giants too - it's nice to have 2 teams in area, helps soften the blow if one of them implodes.

    Hi from Los Angeles.

I'm not much of a hockey fan, but my allegiance has to lie with the California-based team. When it comes to baseball, however, I have no sympathy for Anaheim  :P

seeds Organically Grown Peppers = Organic Seeds?

There have been trials in the US but none are approved right now, but there are probably GM chilies growing in China. There was some controversy a few years ago in New Mexico about the NMSU Chile Pepper Institute getting funding to do GMO research, but at this point they don't sell any GM seeds.

seeds Organically Grown Peppers = Organic Seeds?

That is becoming truer and truer, but at least it is pretty well regulated, and clearly defined. Sure, there are ingredients like Carrageenan that are allowed that are controversial, but it sure is more meaningful than the "natural" label, which is utterly useless in most cases ¯\_(ツ)_/¯  ...

seeds Organically Grown Peppers = Organic Seeds?

Haha, you are correct, I didn't realize OP was in Norway. No need to worry about USDA then, this website might have relevant info: http://www.debio.no/information-in-english   I think that you'd probably be fine using conventional seed. The one advantage of using organic seed is you are...

seeds Organically Grown Peppers = Organic Seeds?

If you are producing these peppers commercially, to be labeled as USDA certified organic, then you must use certified organic seeds, unless there are no commercial sources for the seed variety in question (in which case, any untreated, non-GMO seeds are acceptable, though it must be proven that...

I'm surprised no ones said mashed potatoes yet. I'd be creamy mashed potatoes with lots of butter and some green onions on top!

Hey, thanks for the kind words! I am honored to have your solemn approval    Have you tried the Secret Aardvark I threw in there yet? Judging by your selections, I figured we may have similar taste, so I figured you might like that one  :P

Wow, sounds like we have similar taste! I'm growing lots of superhots, but I'm really excited about the Trinidad Perfume and Farmers Jalapenos because they'll be pretty different than what I usually grow.   ETA: Love your user name BTW. That's one of my all time favorite simpsons episodes!

I ordered all of my seeds from Judy this year, after hearing so many good things, and I've been very happy. It's early, but I've had a good germination rate, the prices seemed crazy low, and she included some very nice freebies. Super excited for the Trinidad Perfume, I've never tried a mild...

Here is my semi-current assortment of hot sauces

Oh yea, that Trinidad stuff is good, very salty, which can be nice. I'm a big fan of the Matouks too, great Trinidadian peppers sauces.   One of my favorite harder-to-find sauces that I have is the Tinian Hot Pepper puree that's under the HBD Mauvis Sang in the top left hand corner. My cousin...
