What's the best and safest way to re-pot? Should I get some sort of root solution and should I remove all of the soil from the roots? All of my plants are in styrofoam cups, 8 oz size. Some of my plants appear in need of a re-pot and I just want to make sure it is done right and I don't lose...

The only nutes I am using is 15-30-15 and fish fertilizer. I also spray w/an epsom salt solution. As for as frequency, probably once a week or whenever the soil is dry. I think I will re-pot next weekend so I can get rid of the MG Organic crap they are in .

My habanero does the same thing in the evenings. as soon as the sun goes down, it goes limp. When I check on it in the am, its better. My plant has been outside for weeks, so it should be acclimated to the outdoors.
