I am planning on making one more batch of sauce/puree with all 4 above, plus, add some Fatalli for another layer of flavor/heat.:mouthonfire:
The rest will be dried for powder.
I also think the Scorpion is hotter than the Bhut Jolakia, 7 pot, PC1 and nagas, I have tried all of them this year. My Scorpion pods and hot sauce is by far the hottest....my 2 cents.........

I must have left this part out :
I puree and strain it after I cook it down to soften it up. After I strain it, I boil it down some more before I can it.
Cook to soften, puree in blender, strain, cook more, can it..;)
