    well, i'm no expert, but i love my overwinters. cut those bad boys (or girls, whatever you prefer to call them) back and they just explode to a humongous plant producing peppers way before any pepper you started from seed that year could. the plants that i chose to not cut back have produced...

    maybe cut it and see if it's still green on the inside. if it's just dried twigs then i'd give it up

    my preferred method:   take your peppers. put them in the blender. put some white vinegar and a little salt. hit blend. viola. throw it in a jar and put it in the fridge. you've got yourself something...   btw, 2:1, peppers:vinegar

    you could either have a calcium/magnesium deficiency, or pest problems. mites can cause damage like that. these are a good place to start. save and share these:       and here's a happy moruga pepper pic to brighten your day.     the flowers are supposed to die and they will eventually drop off. sometimes they hang on to the pepper. i wouldn't worry too much. if you start seeing lots of these bugs, then you could possibly have an issue, but in my opinion, you look to be doing just fine.

    you can put the de powder on a small brush and brush the undersides of the leaves and the new growth where the aphids are. that'll mess them up pretty good

    probably daily, but not necessarily. you need to check the soil to see if it is moist or not. if the soil is dry, then water. make sure to not over water. what kind of potting soil do you have them in? does it already contain nutrients? if yes, and they were freshly transplanted then no nutes...

    i have some plants that are thriving in full florida sun. they are mostly superhots. some are overwinters from last year (7 pot from THSC) that have given me a couple pounds of peppers each already this year. they are in raised beds.
