Blue's - I must commend you on a fantastic sauce! Thanks for the prototype sample. Currently it is my new table sauce that I put on everything. Job well done!! My wife isn't much of a chilehead but your sauce even has her eating it on most everything. Can't wait to get a hold of the finished...

Pay him rent for the kitchen or just give him a great deal on the sauce since you are using his facility. Make sure he understands that you will be making sauce to sell also. There are probably a million different wayys to go about this.

Talk to the owner of the bar and see if you can manufacture the sauce out of his kitchen. You would be under his liability umbrella, no?

I just did a trial run of this dish this weekend and it turned out fantastic. I might add a little more heat to the stuffing as the hot italian sausages weren't as hot as I thouht they would be.

I will be making a coupe of stuffed rabbits to take over to my parents house along with the ususal turkey my Mother makes. The rabbits are stuffed with hot italian sausage, fennel, onions and garlic. I then baste the rabbit with a dry white wine and fresh lemon juice. mmmmm - good stuff!

Ah yes - The ole sticky noodle problem... I usually drizzle a little pasta water over the noodles after straining them this seams to help. BUT! Doing this also hampers the ability of the sauce to coat the noodles properly. The best luck I have had is to get your water to a complete rolling boil...

I actually tried Scotty B's Berries in Heat on Vanilla ice cream and I must say it was very interesting. I actually ended up liking it. My wife thought I completely lost my marbles!
