    yeah the plants I have growing in the shade have 3-5 times bigger leaves than the ones out in the sun, kind of makes me worry about putting the big leaves in the sun since they'd probably wilt or fall off with even an extra hour of sun

    if you don't use molasses it won't foam up besides around the edges, you could just use rotten fruit instead of sugar rain water is the best, even leaving city water out for 24 hours doesn't give me the same results rain water does   also if you leave it for more than 24 hours the foam goes down

    gotta be careful with how much molasses you use, I put some on my sprouts and had ants swarming it so I had to use some diatomaceous earth or else I'd attract aphids too

    Just goes to show...

    fall/winter are actually good times for full sun, in the shade you can grow year around without anything dying I've thrown seeds on the ground and covered them in dirt and they're doing amazing, no ferts or compost or even water besides when it rains

    could be iron overdose, my passion fruit vines don't have enough so they're doing what yours is doing except turning white, too much iron is the same thing except the spots are brown instead of white

    make fresh fish mulch then put it in your compost tea, it'll smell bad but any good fish product is gonna smell like fish
