  Yeah, those glass ones are purdy to watch the yeasties do their thing but I'd highly recommend plastic carboys or plastic fermenting buckets. Once one of those glass bad boys shatters you tend to mumble (or scream) *^%$^*))I&^#$#@  ..... :doh:  I shoulda .......

The only advice I'd throw your way is watch those glass carboys. They can get slick and it doesn't take a lot to bust em (personal experience). Best of luck in your brewing adventures. Cheerz

I know this is a 9 month old post but has anyone tried to grow out CAP 1530 or CAP 1491? Although CAP 1491 is listed as a Capsicum sp. the seed look a lot like CAP 1530 to my untrained eyes.  

If nothing else (if it was me), I'd send the pictures to your seed source and ask them what they were. Hopefully someone on here can give you an idea. Cheerz !

Welcome to THP, unfortunately I'm not good on iding these "new" varieties, but they look nice and healthy with lots of poddage. Definitely not bullshit, that tends to have a brownish color and is normally flat :party: Cheerz !!
