    Best Heat to Flavour Ratio?

Alright, that might be the root of my Dave Insanity dislike, but I do love Mad Dog Inferno very much. So many it comes down to the crafter of the sauce. From the reviews I've been reading, I definitely won't be sticking a spoon of this stuff into my face unadulterated  Snakebite is...

    Resto-Bar La Vielle

Damn, I got to check how close Rigaud is to Montreal downtown where I live. But for Montrealers living near the downtown core, is there any restaurant that can satisfy us?

    Best Heat to Flavour Ratio?

Nope, it's all natural. Be sure to get XXXTRA hot sauce, "salsa Kutbil-ik de chile habanero", it really has a taste like no other, has me believing it actually is an old Mayan recipe. Some of the others in their line apparently have food colouring though.

    hot-sauce Foodex Sriracha hot chilisauce

Haven't tried this variety, and I must admit there is a great deal of divergence in the quality and potency of this product between companies. So far the best I've tried is this one, , from Huy Fong foods. Its pretty darn hot, especially for beginners, and considering how much of it you get...

hot-sauce Okay I took on a dare (teaspoon of Mad Dog 357 Collector's Edition)

Wow, that is a dare I would of never wanted to partake in :mouthonfire:! I've yet to even try it, but I have had experience with the wonderfully tasty Mad Dog Inferno sauce, I love it, here is a short glimpse at my first encounter with it. I had truly underestimated its power and mixed about 3...

    Daves Insanity is.................

Personally I was disappointed with this sauce considering all the hype surrounding it. My problem wasn't a heat one, but a flavour one. I've got three quarters of a bottle left, and I don't know how to use it.

hot-sauce EL Yucateco Chile Habanero Hot Sauce

I've had the pleasure of trying the one you speak of on pizza, its simply delicious. But I actually discovered the triple x before, and I'm totally in love with it, I just which it came in litre bottles! I've made some truly excellent guacamole with it, and its always a treat on burritos and nachos!

    Best Heat to Flavour Ratio?

Not sure how clear the thread title is, but basically this is an inquisition on which hot sauces have the best balance of heat and flavour. Right now I'm a noob to the scene, been messing around with different hot sauces, and I got a grasp of what I like. I started off with Pain 100% which has...

    hot-sauce Colon Cleaner Hot Sauce

I really loved this sauce, it has moderate heat, 6 out of 10. It's a sweet heat at that, but what I love most about it is the fact that its a mustard. I'm getting to be a chili head on my own right, and I like to have sauces that can go on anything, and sauces that can be used with specific...
