So now it looks like I have about 2 pounds of dried out pods that wasn't worthy of using, Mostly Sun scald was the culprit.. I figured I can harvest the seeds But what to do with the dried pods?  I would hate to waste the pods I was thinking use as pest control anything else they would be good for?

    Right now at 1st taste you can defiantly tell there's lime in it and a bit of the fresh pepper fruitiness but the after taste is nice and earthy, Not as hot as i thought it would be. If that lime and pepper taste mellows out a bit this is going to turn out pretty good.
