This is some of the peppers from 5 of my Jalapeno Gigante Plants still have 5 plants to pick i would estimate 20 to 25 lbs of peppers here ,any idea of how can save these from going to waste i wonder if i could half them and put them into a vaccum bag and freeze them...?

i have many Cayenne Pepper plants out and they are absolutly covered with peppers however none are turning red what gives..... i have other peppers that are ready ripening does it take a long time for the to turn or what... also i am going to string these peppers up to dry do i need to dry them...

well tonight while looking at my pepper plants i noticed a small about 3 inch long cayenne pepper on one of my plants ...well i just could not resist ..... i picked it and ate it and it was damn good !!!!!!!!!!!:onfire:
