    This is some of the peppers from 5 of my Jalapeno Gigante Plants still have 5 plants to pick i would estimate 20 to 25 lbs of peppers here ,any idea of how can save these from going to waste i wonder if i could half them and put them into a vaccum bag and freeze them...?

    i was in the pepper patch today and noticed about ten really red cayenne peppers sooo i picked them ran a needle through the stem and hung them up to dry ... will this work or is there a better method of doing this.... i was thinking about a dehydrater but thought it might dry out the stems and...

    i have many Cayenne Pepper plants out and they are absolutly covered with peppers however none are turning red what gives..... i have other peppers that are ready ripening does it take a long time for the to turn or what... also i am going to string these peppers up to dry do i need to dry them...

    Neem Oil ?

    i use Neem on my pepper plants with great success the question i have is can i use it on my aphid infested Tomato plants as well ? they are in the blooming stages and these damn pest are all over them would it be safe to use on flowering tomato plants ??????
