    harvesting Harvesting seeds from peppers?

Question, would it be possible to take the seeds from a pepper without letting it 'sit'? I watched some videos on YT and it said to let the pods sit for a couple days before taking the seeds out. I'll be getting a box of peppers soon and was wondering if I can just scrape out the seeds gently...

container How to use Dyna Gro Foliage Pro 9-3-6 in indoor (container) plants

I'll probably be using either Coco fiber or Promix HP. Not too sure yet as it depends if I'm able to go back home to get the Promix HP and I'm not too sure if it has nutrients as I don't have the bag with me. But it'll most likely be coco fiber. After looking more into it, I won't water by...

container How to use Dyna Gro Foliage Pro 9-3-6 in indoor (container) plants

Do you just spray the seedling with it once a day or can you do it multiple times if it starts to dry out?

container How to use Dyna Gro Foliage Pro 9-3-6 in indoor (container) plants

I'm just curious to see how you would dilute it. I've read that you use it with every watering and it's the only fert. that you should need for your plants, but I'm just not sure how much to mix in. I've heard 1/4 teaspoon per gallon, but I don't know if that's too little or too much. For those...

media Coco fiber/coir as a seed starting mix

So once I get the fertilizer, I should water them with it once a week (or just once in general as they won't be in the coir for long)?   Gotcha, thanks!     I'll look into it, thanks!   I'm planning to get this fertilizer: https://www.amazon.com/Dyna-Gro-DYFOL008-Foliage-Pro-11/dp/B003SUT6VS...

media Coco fiber/coir as a seed starting mix

How diluted should it be? And how often should I fertilize the plant when it's in the Promix?

media Coco fiber/coir as a seed starting mix

Gotcha. I was just thinking about keeping them in the coir until they sprout new leaves and then transplant them into the Promix sub (which has some fert) and then just add fertilizer in. Would this work in your opinion?

media Coco fiber/coir as a seed starting mix

Gotcha! When do you usually transplant them into non-seed starting substrate?

How long was very temporary for you? I was maybe thinking for a few days to a week? Or until hey sprout their new leaves

When will I need to start giving nutrition? I was told they're fine up until the sprout their new leaves and then transplant them into the substrate they'll be in for the remainder of their lives.

    chinense Nagareapers vs Jigsaw Gators

Question, how hot exactly are Nagareapers and Jigsaw Gators? I've never had a super hot, but I've eaten habaneros regularly with ease as of lately. My friend, never had anything too spicy, wants to try the Nagareaper and I'm going with the Jigsaw Gator. Thanks!

media Coco fiber/coir as a seed starting mix

Only thing is, I had bought some miracle gro seed starting mix, but it had come damaged so I'm only left with coco fiber right now. I do have PROMIX HP for their 'adult' substrate, but don't really have much else sadly. Would they be able to survive at least in the coco fiber? I was also going...

media Coco fiber/coir as a seed starting mix

Does anyone use straight coco coir(have some left over from pet substrate) for a seed starting sub? I'm raising some from plastic bags and was wondering if they can be kept in just coco coir (with maybe some peat) until they grow some true leaves. Thanks!

seeds For those who start seeds in Ziploc bags...

Gotcha, thanks! I just put a piece of dry paper towel over them just now. The bags are deflated and they stay open a bit, but every day or so I'll blow some air into them. Probably twice a day since I'll be checking them lol. Hope they sprout within a week haha. I put seven seeds or so in each...

seeds For those who start seeds in Ziploc bags...

Question for those who start seeds in plastic baggies, does this look too moist to you? I put them in yesterday but I've already had to blow air into them twice due to them deflating. Also, due to the heat mat, the condensation looks a bit much as well. Is this all normal and they should sprout...

    Blisters 2016 LED Coco grow

Very nice peppers! Do you think you would have been able to produce pods with just leaving them under the LED by any chance? Also, do you have a specific model name for the LED you used? I can only hope to have a fraction of the green thumb you have haha

HPS vs T5 HO (which what I'm looking at)?

Thanks! That looks like a great deal! Would that be enough to get the peppers to pod? I might be overthinking things but don't they need 3,000+ lumens per sq ft to produce peppers?
