    plant Help Identifying Plant

Your plant belongs to "ornamental" group of C. annuum. They are edible indeed, but nothing really interesting in them. There are lots of local silly names for them, and such and similar plants arrive from Holland in pots to flower stores and marts.

Got this in a bag of peter peppers

Peter may produce such a pod if there are few seeds in it (in that case the pod is smaller and have less heat). Small seeds quantity may be caused by too warm weather, which caused sterilization of pollen.

    Two peppers I.D. please.

The second, which looks very similar to "regular Bhut" or "Bih", could be "White Bhut Jolokia" strain, which is whitish when unripe. Here I have two plants, the "white" pods are on White Bhut Jolokia plant, and the green ones are on regular Bhut Jolokia

Roots are weak (maybe because of overwatering or too ...ehh...dunno the word... sticky? thick? heavy? soil). I'd dig it out of the soil, throw all the rest soil from roots and plant it to 0,5 liter pot with light soil mixed with sand. Water with rooting hormone solution (dunno if you have one...
