Made some great fish tacos with a mango Jamaican Red chutney tonight. Sorry I don't have a recipe, but they are just cabbage, fish and the chutney. Could have used some more hot peppers, and there wasn't as much pepper flavor as I had hoped. Anyway, thought it made a nice pic.

I think these Thai Chiles are sunburned (if that is the correct term) are they worth keeping around or not? And I am guessing that two of my Poblanos where attacked by an animal... will the rest of the pepper be good, or should I trash them now? Thanks for any help.
