    We've got one Global knife at the min, slowly upgrading as it's not cheap! But man! It takes and holds an edge so well and is crazy sharp! Defo my favorite! Also, If you have a Fluted santuko can you just sharpen it normally?

    Personally I think Tabasco claim to age the sauce for 3 years is a lot of sales baloney. I dont think it helps their hot sauce at all. Their hot sauce tastes like flavored vinegar. they add tons of vinegar after ageing the sauce so the ageing is changed in flavor anyway. It is all baloney...

    Well, I got the kit in and it's sitting in the bathroom fermenting, I followed the kit except used Demerara sugar instead of White and added a bit of vanilla essence. It smells GUUD.

    Hey, went to the garden center and got some pots, they're 5l as last year in 1l pots the plants were pretty tiny and not a great yield. So my question is how big would you expect a bhut, Red hab and Aji limon to get in these sort of conatians and a(very) aproximate yield assuming good conditions...
