Easier to go to Lowe's but for years I always bought pecans in the shell, cracked them, ate the pecans and saved the shells.  I have an electric smoker and it doesn't use as much wood / chips as propane or charcoal smokers in my experience.  Also I bought a smoke generator from Smoke Daddy's...

Interesting topic.  I'm a city kid but have heard of black angus & holstiens.  Farmed raised is better than commercial.  Never had kobe but I know it is expensive.   I've had wild boar before and it is lean but I like the flavor.  Will be interesting what more knowledgeable people here will add...

I ordered from Judy again.  Got a pound of her Turkish pepper blend along with Apello, Brown Morugas & Reapers       I think they call it pepper heaven...lol

Just pure awesomeness from Judy !!!  I rec'd 33 types of seeds and some great pepper spice blend and she was going to send it to me free !!!!  Felt guilty so she said send what I want....did my best not to take to much advantage but I came out ahead.  All I can say is thank you and kudos.

What can be said of Judy that hasn't been said before....She is absolutely amazing !!!  Got 33 different types of seeds and some pepper powder spice.....just plain awesome.  She offered to let me have them free but I felt way to guilty.  As it was I would've owed way more.  Thanks Judy.
