    + 1 on the Brazilian Starfish, not hot really, but great tasting pepper. Love the aroma of a queen Laurie, c baccatum that reminds me of dreamsicle. Might take some thinking on how to make a sauce for it though.

    Glorious color on that red for sure.  I like the way you finished off the yellow though; I bet that would be killer on some pulled pork.   Definitely good on fried chicken! Friend of mine wants to try it on jerky.
