This forum is about a lot of different people with different cultures, religions, color and so on, come together in a community and help each other on our common passion ... chillies!
Personally I use the strong chillies for drying and hot sauces. I do not eat them "raw" to be macho. I mix them with something that actually tastes good :)
But I understand what you mean "Ajijoe", hotter is not automatically better. But the hotter the powder, the less i have to use in stews...

I would also like to thank you for your service, many Americans have risked life and limb for causes that affect us Europeans too. Especially WW Two ..
