It says we"re going to hit 113 the next 3 days straight, I must be a chili-head to grow here eh? Lol. I'll post a pic of the thermometer around 4-5 pm(hottest part of day).
Can't even imagine if we had 85% humidity, or more for that matter. I think I wouldn't leave the house after 8 am or before 8 pm. Most of my plants don't mind tooo
much as long as they get plenty of water and limited hrs. of direct sun. Jalapenos,sandias, sweet heat, and anaheims all podding good, but no manzanos or chinense yet, they're dropping blooms.
We've actually been a bit cooler the last couple days only 96 yesterday and 91 right now at 1pm and actually supposed to stay in the high 80's the next couple days -- but I'm sure we'll go back to our normal 100+ temps soon.
Northern California - right ow it's a blistering 84 degrees with 33% in Livermore where I work, and it will be a delightful 67-70 when I go home to Hayward in a few hours. ~60% humidity?
