2015 Pepper Hauls

Damn those look good!  So is it just core the peppers, and throw on some bacon bits and mozzarella cheese?  Maybe a little olive oil on there?

Big pick of the week, not sure what i'm going to do with them all... got enough greens for a green sauce, fidalga roxa to do a purple sauce or powder. Going to give some away to coworkers as well
 
Don't mind the fitted sheet, I couldn't find a non fitted white sheet in the mountain of sheets in the linen closet. Probably get in trouble with the wifey any now  :rofl:

That's it. I don't use the olive oil but it depends on your tastes. If you do a search there are plenty of different reciepes. These are simple and quick, I usually put the peppers in the oven on broil for 5 minutes and then put the cheese and bits on and put them in for another 3 minutes. Then consume!!!

I went to a friend's house last night and made them as an appetizer.  They were a big hit.
