Looking good. When do the f2's get planted?

Don't know yet. I don't have enough space to plant F2 seeds. But I sent some seeds of F1 hybrids to Finland and Germany.
A Finnish chilehead reports he's got a couple of F2 hybrid seedlings (Rocotillo X Pimenta Biqinho). They look so:

Here's a plant of the F-2. It's the Rocotillo X Biquinho variety. The other one isn't flowering yet.
