food Aji Pineapple Pepper Sauce...Grilled Brats...and a twist

No recipe here.  Simple.
 
THE PLAYERS:
 
Aji Pineapple Peppers (frozen/thawed)
Lime juice
Honey
Water
Salt
 
Simmer peppers in water.  Blend/strain back into pot.  Add other ingredients to taste during final simmer.  This sauce is already about a month old in the fridge, and is on the sweeter side with a nasty tip-of-the-tongue burn.  If someone had said it had some tropical fruit in it, I'd believe them.  It's made for something salty. 
 

 

 

 
On to the brats...

The Twist...Aji Pineapple Pepper sauce w/sour cream.

 
Mixed.  Hard to describe the flavor, but it is addicting with the salty brats.

 
Eat it.  This pepper-sour cream sauce would be great on anything fried like onion rings or shrimp.

I dunno man. It looks alright, but if you want my professional opinion, you're just going to have to send me a jar to taste test. You'd better send some of those brats too.
