Finally got the peppers already transplanted into their new summer homes....

This is my Cayenne Row with some anaheims, bulls horns, and NuMex Sandias up top...the one at the very top is an African Birds Eye (thanks Omri)...

its turning out to be a good year...

Good lookin' yard full of plants AJ. I was wondering if you plan on taking the greenhouse down and placing you plants on the raised area. Tomatoes look big in your concrete farm. You must have sold a few plants this spring. Nice pics.

Your greenhouse looks nice and big! How many plants do you fit in there? Did you buy it or build it?

thanks...it is 10' X 20'...I had about 70 in 5 gallon pots in there and still have over 200 plants in 3 and 4" containers in there....I bought the kit and put it up...

thanks Cappy...haven't decided if I will take the greenhouse down or not yet...I may not need the room...the end of the raised area opposite the greenhouse will hold probably 80-100 plants plus about another 100 around the yard. The tomatos are definitely liking the weather and their food. I have a few small tomatos but the plants are full of open blossoms....there should be a lot of fruit set this coming week...

Nice pics AJ. I see you have plenty of room left to grow more. J/K

thanks bigt...I will still have a lot more peppers...I just have not transplanted them out of the 3 and 4 inch containers yet...

Wow. With all the naga's and trinny scorps you may need some skull and crossbones signs AJ. Beautiful pics. The plants along the fence will literally become a Chile Wall of Death!!

Cheers, TB.

Did you line them up against the fence so you can shoot the least productive? Or is that how you stress them out? ;)

thanks all..

Wich Numex are you growing?

Growing The NuMex Sandia...I love the way these peppers look dark red and really darken the color of my chili powder down...

Looking good AJ. Your peppers are almost catching mine it appears and I planted before you. I guess the warmer weather you have there spped them up a tad ;)

Awesome looking yard there AJ. You're a real pro.

thats because I have read and heeded the information/advice I have gotten on this forum from the master growers...

You are obviously not concerned with Cross pollination ?

not really...doesn't bother me since most of the pods will be dehydrated or used for concentrate/sauces...I won't worry about the side of the yard with the Bihs, Bhuts, Nagas, and Dorsets since they are supposedly from the same plant grown in different areas of the world...

if I trade seeds I have grown with anyone I will either tell them no gurantee of pure breed or I will have isolated them from the others..

AJ, if you need a house sitter this Fall let me know. I work cheap!

 ... thats good to know CM...however, after I retire in August, I will have all the time in the world to play with my chilies...

Utterly amazing AJ. Home and Garden magazine should do a story on you.

There is a standing rule here at my house, if you come in to look at the chilis, you have to taste some of them...I can imagine the photographers with watery eyes taking pics...
