We had a mexican guy at work here in belgium, he showed me those "fake euro coins" and told me he managed to pay with them here as if they were real euros 😁

If you don't look carefully you won't notice the difference... even the typefont looks the same...
Oh! this is sad! Come to another country and have that kind of attitude! I didn't know they were even counterfeiting coins...
I got this 2 euro coin as change on the stopover at Charles de Gaulle airport in Paris after buying a box of chocolates! LOL!

Hope Alex etc. don't mind me having "REAL" fun with this thread...thinks it time for me to get back to work

and end my vacation on the following note,fe real. Ya mon.😎

Nice start to podding season, @Alex26!
Both the Aji amarillo and SRP have done
well in our PNW climate here. Great pro-
ductive varieties with good flavor to boot!

I can't wait to try these varieties! The Aji Bodysnatcher was supposed to be an improved version of the Lemon Drop and the Aji Amarillo i just wanted to know the variety that it is so traditional in Peru and the Sugar Rush Peach if it's really tastes sweet or if it's just marketing.
Too bad the excess rain affected the development of the plants, I hope they recover.

That is one of my favorite peppers. I have to grow
at least one every year to supply our Peruvian friend
with peppers. Aji paste is a standard ingredient in her
cooking.

Not just marketing. Definitely tastes sweet.
For even more sweetness try Sugar Rush Cream.
Pods are more round, golf-ball sized or so, and
incredibly sweet

I agree with Paul, I remember my first bite into a sugar rush peach. It’s hard to describe but the pepper was really crunchy so the bite was really juicy with a really sweet taste, afterwards the heat comes. Great pepper.

My Sugar Rush Peach it is close to ripe!
I think I'm trying it out soon! 😋

That's exactly what I was wondering to make with Aji Amarillo...
"Pasta de Ají Amarillo"!

@Alex_K -Hey, buddy, @Pr0digal_son shared a great resource
with me for identifying and understanding capsicum species.
Lots of dense genetic and botanical science stuff, but the charts,
discussions, and conclusions are very informative if you are
interested in those things. I would love to travel in your part
of the world.

This is a fantastic resource. I think it's going to keep me busy for days.

Quite a menagerie, Alex! All your plants look happy and vigorous!
