You're turning your site into a nice recipe database! Good job! I like your step by step instructions, just one suggestion: why not start with a list of all ingredients, so people don't have to go through the recipe at first and risk missing something. JMO!

Both recipe's have a complete list of ingredients.
How you gonna miss something thats on a clear list?

I'm guessing you are suggesting that it should be at the top,
but since a wise cook always reads completely through the recipe before
doing a single thing, there should be no danger of missing anything.

There are only 6 ingredients in either recipe, after all :)

That's everything except the vinegar gettin cooked. Not much point in cookin vinegar :)
