music any metal heads on thp?

Since I started the thread with my old account. Thought it'd be cool to revisit it. I'm a promoter now and book shows and help develop artists.

Here is an artist I'm working with and booking their Album Release show July 9th in Pottstown, PA if you guys like metalcore.

Its just different subgenres. I'm more interested in the hardcore and metalcore subgenres. Trivium was really tight when I saw them a couple years ago although, I'm not really into their newer stuff. The instrumental isn't very impressive, and I'm not an experienced musician and I can play them. Their older albums were much better.

as a former drummer , and grew up in a family of musicians , i learned to appreciate ones talents , but not the screaming , went to a battle of the bands where my oldest son ( whom plays drums plays that style of music ) . they played 4 songs and if it wasn't for the short pause between songs , it all sounded the same . Guess i'm ol" school ac/dc , zeppelin , rush , kind of fella .     :onfire:
