Ever sail a sailboat?
 
I live about 20 east of Los Angeles ,and rain is extremely scarce around here.In fact I recall at the end of last summer all the weather people were saying that it was going to be an 'EL NINO' season.Yeah right I think it's rain on 5 occasions.Sprinkles really.
