What ya doin for Halloween?
 
Yes, with all the fixins. I'm REALLY good cooking the turkey. My mom is thrilled that it always comes out juicey.


If you were on a diet would you splurge on thanksgiving?
 
If I was dieting I wouldn't splurge I would have smaller portions.Tough time to diet as the holiday season approaches.



What about you,would you splurge on Thanksgiving?
 
I'm going to cook my ass off, but stick to the diet. Most of the fun for me is the oouuus and awwws from my guests.


Is it turkey and fixins for you or ham?

Dealing with the feeling hungry so soon after eating. I had been getting super full and lasting a long time before. When i eat a lot of salads i get hungry sooner. I also just love milk! If I drink a huge glass full like I want to it effects my numbers. Now that I have maintained good numbers for awhile my body is alowing me more lieghway. I'm soo surprised that I get full from just a salad. I see a dietician in about a week that will help me even more.



What food is your naughty pleasure?
 
I added a diabetes mens multi-vitaman that has all kinds of stuff in it. I feel great.



Might do an omega-3 if I can find one that won't have me burping up guppies.

Does yours give you the fishy burps? Eww
 
I don't use it.I will tell you I know I guy that refused to take prescribed medicine.Instead he used omega3 from a company called nature's sunshine.He ate as usual and 3 months later on a follow up his A1C was normal.His Dr. Amazed asked what he was doing.He replied just taking meds you prescribed.





What's your weather been like up there?
 
This year I started my seeds in mid-January, and I will probably do the same here in a couple short months.  I also think I might take some clones from my 9 indoor pepper plants around that time too, if space permits.

What is the most overhyped hot pepper, in your opinion?
