I can break down a whole chicken in nothing flat, but never had to dispatch a live one. I think I could do it, but it might take a while. Given a whole store bought bird I could have yum in about an hour. I could also go the boneless route and have yum in about 1/2 the time. Lots of the chicken would be waisted in plan B. Plan C would be to dislodge the breast and make up quesidillas in about 15 mins.
