Wet. Actually it's really bland to me, but ever so slightly metallic(although i suspect that has more to do with the city than with the actually taste). From my buddy's well it does have slight earthy tone to it, but no metallic side. So, in town it tastes like cast iron pipes, and out in the country it tastes like clay from 300 feet down.
