The wording is confusing but I assume you are asking if people will care or treat you differently if you are not manly. Some would, I wouldn't.

Although I think people are shaped by both, do you think people are more affected by nature or nurture? (Genetics or Environment)
 
I'd say they're more affected by the general concensus (peer pressure).

Would you want others molding how you run your life based only on their own opinions or what they know about you?
