I did. I was eating alot of peppers, beans, and ruffage on Thursday which plugged me up on Friday and finally came out on Saturday. Remember the face melting scene in Raiders of the Lost Arc? Ya, it was kinda like that.

Mountain biking friday after work. And then again Saturday morning. And maybe some riding on sunday too(if i can still move around by then).

Moving my eldest daughter to university. And rain is forecast. Bummer.
