Well we'll be in the area, and I would love to see it, but I don't want to you to go out of your way or be away from your family or something on Christmas Eve.

We're gonna stay in Hershey that night and then head to NYC for the next 3 days at my cousins place. I'll check with you closer to Dec.

Never been. We just need a spot to stop halfway, plus I wanted to see Wheebz's spot since we're going that way.

Looked pretty cool with all the lights and stuff for Christmas Eve. Only staying 1 night then heading to my cousin's place in Manhattan for a few days. Then heading north to Great Wolf Lodge, and check out Boston. Then a couple days at the Carskills, then head home.
Probably gonna stop by and check out Gettysburg too.
 
Nice trip. We really like Hershey. We have gone about 4 or 5 times over the years. We did do it during Christmas time one year to see the lights. Your kids will enjoy it. What are you doing in the Catskills? One of the resorts?
 
Thinking Mt Plattekil. Saw a fun looking hotel in Roxbury, that looked cool. Probably do some snow tubing with the littlest guy. And the other 2 can try skiing or snowboarding.
Any recommendations for Catskills?
We'll be there for 2 nights.
 
I have not been skiing in about 30 years. So I could not really give you any input. When we did go, we went to Cortina Valley and Wyndham. They are all in the same vicinity.

anyone have any hots they are looking to get rid of
 
lots of flavor but not a lot of heat, or if they do have heat I will just vodka soak them for a day or two and then throw them in the beer
 
talk to tctenten and/or Freeport Bum ... they're both dumping their plants because they're tired of processing them ...
i'm about to modify my gear and return to brewing hardcore during Fall and Winter ...
 
need to make some good beer and get my groove back ... like Stella ...
 
I have a lot of peppers I don't need coming. How many want? Like a small flat rate size or more? I have a lot of yellow ghost, yellow 7 pots. Also have a lot of yellow datils that I could send now and they're not super hot.

What kind of beer are you making with them?

IPA or Saison or something?

I'm not a huge fan of sours, but I bet a sweet and heat sour could be good.
