AZ noob : Diary of first grow.

Well after seeing Paul Ts videos of him eating supers I just had to try some so I ordered a mixed box from a US grower.

I did eat a whole bunch but I ended up dehydrating them...after removing the seeds from about 4-5 of each...which was painful...don't ask

I planted about 6 seeds and 4 came up...after about 2 weeks of growth I put the biggest one in a nice new Powergrower.

Here it is after ~90 days.

And at 100.

And at 110 with first flowers.

And lastly from yesterday at ~120 days with first pods.

I must say it has been an incredible journey so far... I just hope its getting enough sun for the pods to grow and ripen...time will tell.

Chilli cam update:

The mushroom bottom left has started to flower but still waiting for first set.

Those plants grow like beasts. A late start and growing outdoor means I won't get any pod set until much later in the year. It's pushing my patience to say the least  Super jealous man, congrats on the success and hopefully more to come.

Yeah they are growing well under these LEDs...the Thai took 4 month's from seed to ride pods were as the jolokia took 6 months.

When I get some excess I'd be glad to let you have some

Quick update on the Chilli shack.

Moved it around a little to the final positions just need to wait a month or so to tie in the peri-peri to the loop.

Down to changing the nutes every other week now at a rate of 0.75 tsp\G they don't seem to mind...i just top up with corrected water in between.

Peri has started her true leaves

Mushroom is getting big and started to flower.

The jolokia is just about to flower again...should have some more lava's soon.

Lastly the Thai is producing like crazy...5-6 chilli per week right now...they taste great with my local thai food

Plenty of growth all round but I think I'm still struggling to generate pollen on the jolokia and mushroom...might have to look into a pollen booster.

Not much change overall...the Mushroom is getting bushy and it looks like i have some sets.

Nothin much new and exciting but here goes...

Thai plant is pretty loaded.

Cut 33 off and left about a dozen half ripes.

The peri peri is now established and should takeoff in the next week or two when I put it in the loop.

Lastly the mushroom is very bulky under the LEDs...I'll take some pics of any sets when I get back in there tomorrow.

About time fer an update me thinks

All still going to plan with the nutes every other week.

Here's the girls.

Thai flowering has slowed down but it must have set 200+ already so maybe it's taking a break for a bit?

The peri is about to launch upward.

The jolokia is setting again...i think that's good news...lol.

And lastly the mushroom is doing well and loading up nicely.

Looking forward to trying these.

Nice compact plant...prolly has 40+ sets already.
