Dope! I also love lo mein, it was always a go-to meal when poor could go to Chinatown street vendor and get veg lo mein for $1 and pan fried pork dumplings for $1 and I'd go home, put it on a plate with the dumplings on top, and man, what a meal for $2!

When I was little, I ate cashew chicken, but somewhere along the way through high school I switched to pork lo mein - and I've never looked back ...

I like it hot, room temp, cold, and reheated ... and I cannot think of another food (besides pizza perhaps) that that's true of ...
