I used to do that all the time with birds but did it with a straw after sewing up the ends then cooked in salted water lol

One of the few meals l outright refused to eat as a kid , was when my Dad and his brother's would get together for a feed of chicken heads and feet. Old school Italians and Asians have more in common than noodles. Beak to talon nevermind nose to tail.

Never had the head, but the feet are AWESOME. Trouble is they are full of tiny bones and a pain in the ass to eat. Ya gotta just suck the meat off the bone.
