I'm all over that, but already cooked eggs... they would have cooked when you made the pizza and been better, and glued some stuff together. Like quiche etc.

Morning Pork Pizza

Bread Machine Pizza dough with Seth's Mildfire powder and shredded parm.
8 Eggs
Chipotle Hollandaise Sauce
Tater Tots
Ham Steak
Jimmy Dean Hot bulk Sausage
Bacon!
Black Olives
Chopped White Onion
Chopped Pickled Jalapeños
Shredded Tillamook Cheddar
Shredded Mozzerella
Seth's WildFire Powder.

Made the dough, Fried the Bacon and Ham Steak in the Hearse, Browned the sausage, Piled it high.

You would not believe how good this was, period!

Nice Pie Dude,

Was that the makings of a "cast iron" pan pizza.......pickled penos on everything....that's how I like it..........they're just not for nachos......I dig the egg thing........

Greg

I thought kind of the same thing but, 8 raw eggs, with all those toppings in the oven for 15 minutes at 450º? I didn't want to take any chances....

It was unbelievably good, better than expected even.

Yours would have a more pizza feel though (as in it's a topping), and less of a quiche/frittata feel, so for a pizza TD, I think it's the right choice! Win!

Just razzin' ya. What kinds of cheese did you use there? I would love to have one of those ovens. I keep telling myself that I need to make a brick oven for pizza. I mean I am a mason and all.

Its just kraft mozzarella shredded cheese. Problem with using a dry cheese is it can't stay too long in the 2Stone pizza oven or it will start burning. Using mozzarella balls, which have a high moisture content, is perfect for this type of pizza cooking. Next time!

Yea, i was one of the early adopters of the 2Stone, they don't make the model i have anymore. I got mine for around 500 or so. Now the 2Stone guy sells them for over $2000. He did make some enhancements like automatic rotating, get's hotter faster, and more.

There are alot of plans on the web to make your own brick oven. FornoBravo is a excellent place to buy brick ovens. There are alot of people on the forno bravo forums that make their own and they post plans and pics of it.

im voting for SD this time regardless of what anyone else posts

he needs a damn crown

not to mention, its covered in tater tots

Not pictured, but gonna be in there: Buddy's Pepper Lantern BBQ sauce, and dill pickle slices.

Seth! hahahaha  No doubt, I should have called it the Heart Stopper.   er... Heart Breaker... huh huh huh

JT, a wine glass? Where's your Red-So-Lo-Cup....?

Just 'cause I am drinking $11 a box wine does not make me a redneck! I can't wait to make this pizza, but I am going to let my dough rise overnight.

Starting to heat up here...........some pies done, some pretty cool ingredients being displayed........time for some football.......

I might have to take the dough out of the fridge early tomorrow and throw it in the grow room. The 84 degree temp. could give it a nice "spring"

Although, that's not the type of crust I'm shooting for.....it would be interesting...
