Thankfully I made these with some left over CC mix and realized not as thick= less cooky cooky.
yummy snack.

Wow I have never seen so much action so early in a throwdown. PepperJam that pizza looks delish, but Prego? Really? You buy Cavuto, but not make your own sauce? Hmmm... Either way it is the frontrunner right now. I had to work last night and this morning so I am a little late to the party. I got my new box of wine and am about to start my shenanigans.

SD what the heck are you doing with cast iron and tatertots in a pizza throwdown?

THP I had to go to Tehas and get my sexy back. TB stole it. Don't worry, I said I was bringing sexy back and I have.

The "Lord I Am Hungover" Pizza

No excuses here because I suck at pizza, but damn it came out a hell of a lot better then I expected....now where is my Beck's.

Ingredients.
Pizza dough (store bought -7 points I know)
Shredded cheese
Sausage crumbles
Pepperoni
Arrabiatta Sauce
Chopped Fatalii
Graham Crackers
Sugar
Egg
Dash of Vanilla Extract
Cream Cheese

Spread the dough and crumble the graham crackers on half.
mix 1/2 pound cream cheese with sugar, a dash of vanilla extract and 1 egg. Fill one side of the pizza.

Reduce arrabiatta and then sauce the other half. Add cheese, sausage, and pepperoni. Throw in the oven @ 375° for 25 minutes.

Upon removal put the fatalii pieces on and BAMMMM grab a beer.

It was late and i was impatient. I wanted to make everything on Friday with what i had in the pantry. I think its the fastest pizza making from scratch timing i've done yet which was about 3 hours including proofing time and cooking. The pizza crust would have definitely tasted better if i cold proofed it 3-4 days, but i just wanted to get my stuff out here.

Lesson learned: "Patience is a virtue" and "When you do something, especially for a contest, use the best and freshest ingredients!"

It reminds me of the show "The next great baker" where one baker used boxed cake mix rather than make a cake from scratch! LOL.

Just razzin' ya. What kinds of cheese did you use there? I would love to have one of those ovens. I keep telling myself that I need to make a brick oven for pizza. I mean I am a mason and all.

Oh Snap look what SD did. I was wondering how you would work the brekky pizza in here. There it is. Did I just say oh snap?

SDV that is a masterpiece. The crown is in sight (again).
